Position Summary

We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious F&I Manager to join our team at Triumph Detroit. If you are someone who is not satisfied with mediocrity and strives to be the best in everything you do, then we want you on our team.

You will play a crucial role in securing financing for our customers and selling additional products and services to enhance their overall experience. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for motorcycles.

Other Duties Include: 

• Guide each customer through an internal sales process by using sales techniques.
• Ensure customers are properly qualified for their needs, wants, and ability to buy.
• Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products by presenting customers with the features of all the products as well as their benefits.
• Stay up-to-date on all training to continuously learn about all departments, products, and services offered.
